In order to describe the importance of Muslims status in the contemporary history of Russia, Islamic Studies Foundation in Russia and Institute of Oriental studies affiliated to Russian Academy of Sciences released this book through Sadra Publication Institute.

Muslims in the New History of the Russian Empire’ is a from the series of several articles written by the prominent authors and philosophers which is edited by Vladimir Bobronikov (PhD), Head of the Scientific Research Department at the Institute of Philosophy.

Regarding the role played by Muslim societies in the recent history of Russia, this project is aimed to provide accurate and comprehensive information for Russian and non-Russian readership.
