'Unity Conf. is the symbol of Islamic Unity': Ayat. Araki
Press Conference of the 30th round of Islamic Unity conference under the banner of "Unity, Necessity of Countering Takfiri movements" was held in Tehran.

Giving Speech at the event, Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought congratulated Muslims on the arrival of Unity week and Muhammad Prophet's (PBUH) birthday anniversary stressing unity week related programs to be held this year much more gloriously than its previous events, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
The religious cleric hailed Muslims moves against enemies and in foiling the hatched plots of dispersion stressing, "Islamic nations are returning to the unity commanded and advised by Islam Prophet (PBUH)."
"In the here and now, we are witnessed to a new wave in the World of Islam which in turn led dispersion seeking groups ending up in seclusion," highlighted ecretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought.
Beckoned to the comming unity significant event, Ayatollah Araki underlined, "Attended by 220 prominent members across the World of Islam, the 30th Islamic Unity Conference is to be held from 15th to 17th of December."
Over the past three decades so much attempts have been made in the World of Islam related to the unity and solidarity among Muslims, and according to Ayatollah Mohsen Araki these moves played a significant role in counteracting enemies' willful attempts.
To Ayatollah Araki, current events in the World of Islam and violence against Muslims and the divine religion is without precedent and for want of a better line, recent vandalisms illustrates the veracity of the ways chosen by honest religious clerics in area of unity and Islamic rapprochement in the World of Islam.
Along with Ayatollah Mohsen Araki, religious clerics believe not only has the Islamic Unity Week ensured that all Muslims come together to celebrate the birth of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) over a period of a whole week together, it has also provided a shied against those who seek to exploit their own interests by dividing and segregating Muslims into different sects. Sunni and Shia Muslims have resisted such efforts by coming together in these celebrations.
Needless to say, according to Ayatollah Mohsen Araki, to arrive at the unwavering goals and objectives set in this arena, unity activists and religious clerics take the cognizance of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei’s standpoints. His remarks and advices in this realm pave the ground for Muslims to brave the existing Problems they are mired in.
Some 30 years ago with cooperation of Shiite and Sunni clerics, the Islamic unity conference was mounted so as to promote unity of the Islamic Ummah which has been a major axis in the thoughts of many leading Muslim intellectuals worldwide.
Iran Capital City of Tehran is about to host the 30th Islamic Unity Conference during the Unity Week which is just around the corner.
