New Proposals offered in Intl Resistance Clerics Confab

Participants in the International Union of Resistance conference mounted in Lebanon Capital city of Beirut braved and discussed the standing setbacks the World of Islam wrestled with and came up with different proposals and roadmaps, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

Of those, Lebanon Sunni cleric, Sheikh Maher Hamoud urged religious scholars and thinkers to place stress on the common principles among all Islamic denominations and sects. In his line, Muslims should be too well united against the enemies at the present situation and upgrade their cooperation.

Meeting of minds among Muslims let them gain the know-how in various area, to arrive at this end, according to Sheikh Maher Hamoud, Muslims should abide by the principles of holy Quran and the lifestyle of Islam Prophet (PBUH) and his Ahlalbayt.

The standing unanimity among Muslims provides the ground for them so as to make so many inroads and stop enemies in forwarding their objectives in the region. Through such way Muslims can also offer a true picture of the divine religion of Islam to the World. In this regard, the Lebanese religious thinker urged Muslims to avoid the distortion of religious principles and precepts, introducing the very real Islam to people worldwide and inviting them to this peaceful religion.

Elsewhere in his remarks, Sheikh Maher Hamoud underscored resistance and the issue of Palestine should be placed on top of the shared concerns of religious clerics and thinkers.

In his term, “safeguarding resistance and attempt for refraining from dispersion is a religious obligation upon all religious scholars and clerics.”

The International Union of Resistance conference in its first day, accentuated this very fact that the enemies aim at disintegrating Muslim nations in a bid to advance their willful objectives, calling on Muslims not to spar with their religious brothers over minute issues.

According to the participants in this welcomed event, wrangle and the jousting over banal arguments only lag Muslims behind. Religious clerics also denounced fierce fighting in Muslim countries, stressing the dire need for ironing out the standing nitpicking arguments.
