Lebanon’s Islamic Action Front has issued a message on the death anniversary of its founder, Fathi Yakan, stressing its commitment to revival of Sunni identity, joint cooperation of the Shia and Sunni and also loyalty to resistance in confrontation with enemies, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
Part of the message by Lebanese movement read,” Unity of Shia-Sunni resistance is the sole way to confront intrigues and Zionist terrorism for liberation of Palestine from occupiers.”
 
It added,” Terrorist Takfiri movement has played a key role in realization of hostile projects, disintegration of the Islamic nation and also carrying out the project for unifying the Muslims.”
 
The message has also hailed Lebanese and Palestinian resistance as the sole hope for liberation, victory and healing of the wounds in order to unify the nation based on commitment to Qur’anic model.”
