"Zionism and occupation, root causes of Palestine issue."
Zionism keeps on showing religious conflicts as the issue because they want to draw the sympathy of the world and this is part of the Nakba that you are trying to fool the world to anti-Semitism in the world.

Far away from home to attend an anti-Zionist event in Seattle Washington and in an exclusive interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) Rabbi Yisroel Dovid Weiss related on his view on Zionism, occupation of Palestinian lands, the view of Jewish community on the plight of Palestinians and also the necessity to draw a clear line between Jews and Zionists.
Taqrib News demanded him to relate on necessity of a day to be specifically called as International Al Quds Day to which he said," It is an extremely important day since Al Quds belongs to the people around the world who do not speak Arabic. It is to remember that the occupation of Jerusalem, which is the symbolic of occupation of the entire Palestine, is simply a crime which has no legitimacy and cannot be translated into creation of Israel land."
In his view those behind this occupation are Zionists and that it is basically a Zionist movement.
"They (Zionists) closed themselves in the façade of Judaism when they claim that they are speaking in the name of religion" he said and expressed regret that, "In so doing they masquerade that they are claiming Jerusalem in the name of Judaism. This is the Nakba (catastrophe), a crime and a tragedy."
In his view the Jewish people, based on holy book Torah, are forbidden by god to attempt from beginning a land in the name of Jewish sovereignty in any part of the world and are sent into exile though someday there will be a miracle that all people will believe in one god and will serve god together.
The Jewish figure expressed gratitude for the Muslim countries which have embraced the Jews and said," Islamic republic of Iran is a perfect example where the Jews have lived there since 2000 years ago to practice their religion freely."
He highlighted the youth of Zionist movement in comparison with the ancient history of Judaism and said," When Zionism is only 150 years old Judaism is 3000 years old yet this movement has hijacked Judaism when Zionists have included the star of David on their flag they call themselves as Israel and they call themselves in our name and our identity though if anyone rises against them they call them anti-Semitic and anti-Jewish.
He expressed regret that Zionists try to reclaim that it is a religious conflict between Muslims and Jews and said, "To us it is the greatest Nakba and despicable because on the one hand it is totally against Torah that Jews have their own sovereignty even on an inhabitable land especially to kill people for that mainly towards the people who want to be friend to us (Muslims) and embraced us and turned their lands into a safe haven for us."
He referred to a group of prominent rabbis who are standing up to announce to the world that they are fooled by Zionism.
He touched upon the struggles of Jacob Israël de Haan (1881 –1924),dubbing him as the first Jewish martyr for the cause of palestine, who stood up back in 1920s to speak in the British parliament, the UN and arranged meeting between rabbis to put the case of Jewish community on the Palestinian land but was assassinated days before a scheduled speech on the issue in the British Parliament.
Yisroel Dovid Weiss called him as the greatest enemy of Zionists because he exposed to the world the falseness of Zionism; therefore, al Quds day is also a time to commemorate him either.
He hailed the massive demonstrations by people in Jerusalem, New York and other parts of the world rallying in opposition with Zionist regime.
According to the prominent rabbi it was the wisdom of ayatollah Khomeini to call this day as al Quds day.
He praised the protection and respect by Imam Khomeini (RA) for the Jewish community and that he differentiated between Jews and Zionists quoting the late founder of Islamic Revolution as "Zionism is a terrible evil and Judaism is a religion to be cherished."
When asked on the world reaction to al Quds day he said," Unfortunately the world reaction has not been enough because until now the mainstream media is controlled by a certain group which includes the Zionists and they have a tremendous influence over other media;" They put pressure on the media by threats of boycotting them but today with the help internet, websites like Taqrib News Agency, press tv, IRNA, other social networks news outlets the truth is leaking out to the world on the issue of Palestine.
Rabbi Yisroel Dovid Weiss said," We hope that the world understands that it is doped, that the issue of Palestine and Al Quds is not a religious conflict and that to speak against Zionism is not anti-Semitism but it is compassion for the Palestinians and all other religious.
The world is starting to see and we hope that god will help swift end to this occupation
Taqrib News also demanded the rabbi on the essence and inspiration which brings people from different religious or social backgrounds in al Quds day demonstration and he said," This is nothing to do with difference of religions this is purely good against evil" and added," Zionists want to present this as a conflict between Muslims and Jews but this is fooling the world because basically Judaism is against occupation of other lands and killing other people."
Jews, Christians and Muslims join each other in al Quds day rallies since they have lived and lourished in other lands and in countries like Persia for thousands of years so the difference of religions has nothing to do with this.
Director of Neutrei Karta International said," The root cause of this bloodshed and suffering is purely Zionism and occupation and transformation of Judaism to a new form which is called Judaism but it is different from Judaism.
He demanded Muslims, Jews and Christians to stand up and said," We pray that god will bring speedy and peaceful end to this terrible crime, Zionist state of Israel" and added," They should not be intimated of speaking against Zionism because it is not a religious conflict."
We travel to many areas around the world to different universities, communities and conferences and attend the event of al Quds day.
Someday we will tell the Palestinian people that here is your land back to you and your self-rule we humbly apologize for what has been done in our name.
Rabbi Yisroel Dovid Weiss is the spokesperson for the Neturei Karta International - Jews against Zionism struggling to send his message of anti-Zionism and the necessity for immediate end to the bloodshed in Palestine. He has attended several international conferences for the end regularly.
