'The U.S abides by no Int'l laws': Sunni cleric

"The U.S does not abide by any international laws and breaches the rules," underlined one of Friday Prayer leader's of Oroumiyeh.

Friday Prayer leader of Oroumiyeh, Mamousta Ebrahim Sorkhabi in an exclusive interview with Taqrib news Agency (TNA) lectured U.S officials for breaching international laws stressing the county was not committed to the above named rules and regulations.

"US missile strikes on Syria was in breach of international law," stressed the Sunni cleric noting," Today the country without being coordinated with the United Nations and international human rights organizations geared into action and bombed Syria."

To the prominent Sunni cleric of Oroumiyeh, the country sides with the regime of Zionism in a bid to lead resistance and Muslims nations into a plagued situation in which they would be striped of their powers.

Pointing to the role of U.S in creating terroristic groups, the religious cleric underscored the country had created extrimist groups and supplied the way for terrorists so as to insecure Islamic countries and weaken the strength of the resistance against international Zionism.

According to the Friday Prayer leader's of Oroumiyeh, the arrogance always tried to turn the crucial issue of Palestine into the forgotten corners of minds, disturbing the security of Islamic countries and their economic, social, cultural and political infrastructures.

Mamousta Ebrahim Sorkhabi went on to highlight the standing showdowns and political turmoil situations had all stemmed in the U.S policy noting the country "is the main cause of conflict and bloodshed among Muslims."

"The U.S attacked Syria under the pretext of toxic gases and chemical assault," highlighted the Sunni cleric adding the act of aggression and a blatant assault on the sovereignty of the Syrian nation had been at service of terrorism in the region and favored Israeli regime.

59 Tomahawk cruise missiles had been fired from two warships in the Mediterranean Sea at Shayrat airfield, and American officials claim the attack was in response to chemical assault on Khan Shaykhun, Idlib province, which they insist was carried out by the Syrian army.

Damascus, however, has dismissed the allegations as false, saying the airstrike happened to target a toxic depot of the terrorists fighting the Syrian government.
