DAESH diverts attention away from Israel: Mottaki

The International Deputy at the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought, Manouchehr Mottaki received a delegation comprising Sunni clerics from Pakistanو exchanging views over the important events occurring currently in the World of Islam, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

The meeting focused on the roadmaps for sorting standing setbacks out and the possible way for teaming up with Iran top unity center.

In the meeting, Mottaki beckoned to the two indices of Islam noting, " a galance at the world can show the divine religion pervading much of the World and for countering Islam, enemies have concocted and engineered organized schemes.

Pointing to the inroads made by enemies of Islam, the International Deputy at the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought spotlighted the emergence of DAESH as the main mean in projecting Islam as the religion of violence and igniting hatred and showdown among Muslims from different Islamic sects and denominations.

The unity activist underscored Shiite and Sunni people in all counties accross the globe got along well with this other, given that DAESH has been created for provoking them into fights over minor issues.

Manouchehr Mottaki placed stress on this fact that "DAESH draw attention away from common enemies of Muslims, the regime of Zionism."

To Manouchehr Mottaki and other religious thinkers, Islam is the religion of love, compassion and brotherhood not discord and conflict, while enemies of Islam especially the US and the Zionist regime have put Islamophobia on the agenda and, to fullfill their objective, try to portray a harsh image of the religion.

In this meeting, participants emphasized Islam is the religion of moderation, compassion and brotherhood, saying that extremism, Takfirism and superstition are not welcomed by real Muslims, thereupon clerics, religious scholars and thinkers should do their very utmost in foiling the hatched plots.

To this end, Mottaki urged Sunni clerics to join the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought, and as its members partake in its annual conferences in which they have chance to visit clerics from other Muslims countries and exchang their views with them.
