The introduction to this constitution reads," World of Islam is harassed with pots of domineering powers who fuel the fire of division and dispersion between Islamic nations in order to undermine the capabilities of Muslim world."
 
According to the constitution it is inevitable not to use the popular capacities and creating a network of elites and building mutual trust can partly form social assets in line with formation of unified Islamic nation and realization of new Islamic civilization.
 
This constitution includes general definition on forum, institution, accreditation, general assembly and supreme council in the first chapter and objectives behind formation of NGOs.
 
International conference on operating diplomacy of Islamic unity is underway in Tehran concurrent with foundation anniversary of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought.
