Medicine, ground for proximity of Islamic countries

Top Iraqi official demanded Iran for medical and health aids for the war torn neighboring country and noted medicine as a ground for convergence of Islamic states.

Malik Khalf al Dari’ee, governor of Wasit province in Iraq, in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) on the sideline of “International Congress of Economic Relations, Developing in Health Field with the Focus on Islamic Countries” calling medicine and health as proper grounds for convergence among Muslim countries.
 
Invited to the congress by the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, Iraqi official said,” Medicine and health can be viewed as a factor for boosting Islamic proximity when Muslim communities can benefit medical and health services provided in a joint move by all Islamic countries.”
 
Wasit governor demanded Iran to provide its experiences in the fields of medicine and health and praised the medical promotions achieved by Islamic Republic of Iran.
 
He stressed investment of all Muslim countries for great changes in the field of medicine including building hospitals, medical clinics, pharmacology and medical equipment factories.
 
Three day summit of “International Congress of Economic Relations, Developing in Health Field with the Focus on Islamic Countries” will hold final meeting on Monday February 22, 2016.
