'Arbaeen, a golden chance for boosting rapprochement'

Najaf Friday Prayer Leader urged people of Iraq to preserve their standing solidarity against the terrorist group of DAESH.

Najaf Friday Prayer Leader, Hojjatol Islam Seyyed Sadreddin Ghabanchi hailed the standing solidarity among Iraqi people urging people to refrain from any measures leading to disintegration and disunity, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

The featured religious cleric beckoned to the organized crimes and willful measures of DAESH divorcing the divine religion of Islam, its principles and ordinance from this terrorist group.

“This extremist group cannot establish a civilized government since its measures are based on crimes and plundering,” pointed out Hojjatol Islam Seyyed Sadreddin Ghabanchi.

Elsewhere in his remark, Najaf Friday Prayer Leader beckoned to the arrival of Arbaeen which marks the culmination of a 40-day mourning period after the anniversary of the martyrdom of Hussein, Prophet Muhammad's grandson and the third Shia Imam;
counting the occasion as the golden chance which provides Muslims with an opportunity to promote unity and rapprochement against their commons foes.

Were it not for religious thinkers and scholars in Iraq, this nation would not be able to stand against the enemies’ malignant moves, and they would have been parted long ago but for the attempt and determination of thinkers to inform Iraqi nation.
