Iranian top cleric attended the academic meeting on “Global Objectives and Principles on Exporting of the Islamic Revolution” stressing the dominancy of unity discourse contrary to the current situation in the world of Islam.

Grand Ayatollah Mohsen Araki, Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought met with a group of university students to stress the influence of Islamic Revolution on world equations and brining a new order to the international relations, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He referred to a ripple of liberalism and tendency for religion and spirituality as the results which followed the victory of Islamic Revolution.
Ayatollah Araki noted,” Prior to the Islamic Revolution and as a result of secular rulings (both liberal and communism) in the world, the role of religion was underestimated to zero with both schools introducing religion in contrast with human ambitions.
Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought noted that victory of the Islamic Revolution put an end to such views on religion introducing that as a liberating factor and a sanctuary for human beings.
He stressed that religion’s capabilities to apply solutions without any violence and that it includes theories on building and managing a society, two views brought following the victory of Islamic Revolution.
The cleric referred to the new movements created in the younger European generation following the Islamic Revolution and counted hundreds of Islamic centers in Europe as an example.
He said,” This new uprising was a great incident which led to an awakening among the European youths and rand the alarms for the US and Europe until they came to some plans in alliance with Saudi Arabia and some Persian Gulf states so that Riyadh controlled the mosques across the globe and launch a massive religious network mainly in opposition with the Islamic Revolution.
Ayatollah Araki said,” In the present world, on the one hand the ideological and cultural Wahhabi networks are formed making use of complete military inspired to oppose Islamic Revolution” and added,” They also launched a Shia group backed by British intelligence organizations to desecrate Sunni sanctities as we see that the television channels affiliated with these movements are the main source to provoke Sunni community against Shia Muslims.”
Ayatollah Araki also highlighted awakening of the people as the first mission of revolutionary students.
“Contrary to the present situation challenging the world of Islam, unity discourse is the dominating discourse” said he.
