To Launch “Hebrew-Arab NATO” against Iran, objective behind Riyadh meeting
He referred to selling US arms to Saudi Arabia, formation of an anti-Iran “Hebrew-Arab NATO” as the objectives behind Riyadh meeting and stressed Iran should prevent the launch of this coalition against Iran and the resistance through a diplomatic move.

Hassan Hanizadeh, Iranian political expert, in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) detailed his views on the meeting of some Islamic Arab countries with the US President, Donald Trump, in the Saudi capital of Riyadh and counted sealing the biggest arms deal with the Arab kingdom and also pressing Persian Gulf states to discuss their ties with the Zionist regime as the reasons behind the first foreign trip made by Trump.
He noted that US President’s visit to Saudi Arabia is due to some important regional and global issues the first one being the particular relation between Donald Trump and managers of arm factories since his main dependence during his presidential campaign was on these owners.
“This is the prelude to ink the biggest arms deal to an Arab country like Saudi Arabia since the $ 100 billion worth deal is going to be a great help for the owners of these factories and an aid for them out of bankruptcy” said the political expert adding that,” though many US elites are opposed to selling advanced arms to the Arab country counting it as the biggest supporter and a cradle for world terrorists.”
He reiterated that Riyadh visit by the US President is in fact a promise he had made to arms factory owners.
Hassan Hanizadeh added,” The other point is pressing members of the [P] GCC members where Donald Trump in separate meetings with the heads of six member states will struggle to unveil their relations with Israel and we will witness opening of Zionist regime embassies in these countries in future.”
He said,” Although the relation between [P]GCC and the Zionist regime has been hidden so far, this will be unveiled as a service by the US President to the Zionist lobby while Saudi Arabia is making efforts to improve the Arab-Hebrew ties.”
Political expert referred to formation of an anti-Iran Hebrew-Arab NATO saying,” We will also witness formation of a massive Hebrew-Arab front against Iran including some Arab and Islamic states whose objective is to weaken Iran and the resistance as well as changing political and military games in the region to the benefit of the Zionist regime.
He also touched upon measures to be taken by Iran against this meeting and said,” Islamic Republic of Iran should prevent formation of this front through a diplomatic measure though the front-between Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Qatar, Jordan, Israel, US and the UK- has already been informally formed and active during the past six critical years of Syria war now it will explicitly be launched as a “Hebrew-Arab NATO” in the Middle East region.
Hassan Hanizadeh added” Islamic Republic of Iran should try to find allies and boost the resistance front to prevent military actions against itself and the resistance.”
He said,” The first step by the alliance is to blacklisting some top Hezbollah members in a terrorist list whose assets in Saudi Arabia have been boycotted and though they might not have any bank accounts in Saudi Arabia the measure is taken as a symbolic move by the Arab kingdom against them.”
