General Secretary of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought visited Lebanese Druze religious leader.

In his visit to Lebanon, General Secretary of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought, Ayatollah Mohsen Araki met Lebanese Druze leader, Sheikh Neim Hasan, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
They talked over recent changes, current issues and problems the region and World of Islam are facing with, stressing the necessity of unity and rapprochement in countering terroristic and Takfiri groups in Muslim countries.
It is worthwhile to note General Secretary of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought, at the head of delegation, traveled to Beirut to partake a religious conference entitled “Hermeneutics and Ways of Understanding the Religious Texts”.
The event was mounted and held by Al-Moustafa International University with religious clerics and scholar in attendance. In this event, Ayatollah Araki gave speech over the factors affecting understanding religious texts.
Ayatollah Araki also urged Muslims to believe and abide by the Islamic principles and values, which by nature all encourage human kind to proximity, rapprochement and unity.
