Confabs have positive effect on upholding unity

Head of the Islamic Center in the U.K, Hojjatol Islam Val Moslemin Mohammad Ali Shomali in an exclusive interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) stressed the positive effects of the 8th Islamic and religious proximity conference which was held in the Birmingham.

“Regarding the present plagued situation in the world and malignant aims of Takfiri and terroristic groups, the issue of rapprochement among Islamic denominations and sects are of prime importance,” Hojjatol Islam Val Moslemin Mohammad Ali Shomali underscored.

The 8th Islamic and religious proximity conference which was held in the Birmingham provided a good milieu for clerics to sit at talks over present problems and setbacks Muslims are mired in.

Sitting at talks in these conferences, clerics underscored Muslims should not lose their sense of propriety in opening a dialogue
with each other. To them, a forceful attempt needs to change the present condition in the region.

According to them, pusillanimity lags Muslims behind and not letting them stand against Takfiri groups. They stressed, Killing innocent people is severely proscribed by the religion of Islam.

In their lines, western media purports to show that west is the advocate of human right while the policy of these countries and stances taken by them run counter to their words.
