‘Unveiling Ceremony’ to take place in PUBLICYSTYKA

Directed by Mehdi Boustani, Iranian animated piece named ‘Unveiling Ceremony’ has been accepted in the official screening program of the 24th PUBLICYSTYKA festival in Poland.
 
The festival which mainly features films focusing on social and political issues will take place in Kozle of Poland from October 20-22, 2017, hosting 24 foreign and 28 Polish films.

‘Unveiling Ceremony’ depicts a ceremony during which a symbol is set to be unveiled but some problems occur during the process.

This marks the ninth international screening for the short animation. ‘Unveiling Ceremony’ so far has made appearances at eight international film festivals in France, Germany, Italy, US and Argentina, and received Special Mention at the International New Animated Films & Cartoon Film Festival in the United States.
