July 1 Quran-O-Sunnat Conference will help establish unity among Ummah
Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) Secretary General, Allama Nasir Abbas Jafri has said that upcoming Quran-o-Sunnat Conference on July 1 in Lahore will be proved an event in continuation of March 23, 1940 when Pakistan Resolution was adopted.

Addressing the Districts’ Secretary Generals of the MWM in connection with preparations of the conference, he said that the conference will show unity among Muslim Ummah like Ummah did in 1940.
He said once again all the Muslims would gather against terrorism, inflation, price-hike, unemployment, drone attacks, the U.S. intervention into Pakistan’s internal affairs.
He pledged for safeguarding ideological and geographical frontiers. He said a resolution would be passed to make Pakistan an Islamic welfare state.
Allama Nasir Abbas Jafri said solution of all problems confronting Islamic Ummah lie in the unity of Muslims. He called the need of unity among all schools of thought.
He said the MWM was formed to promote peace and inter-faith harmony. He said it was the only party working for promotion of Pakistanism and wished unity of all political and religious parties to get united on a single agenda. He said MWM would never tolerate that someone may cast an evil eye over the country. He said youths of MWM would play leading role for safety and protection of country.
