Bahraini leaders’ exile, possible solution for globalization of awakening movement
Hussein Kana’ni Moghaddam, Iranian political analyst on international affairs, in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) related on the situation of Bahrain on the sixth anniversary of popular uprising of the people in this country.

He referred to apparent pressure, torture, detention and violation of civil and human rights in Bahrain and said,” The resistance of the people and defense by leaders including “Sheikh Isa Qassim” and also activities of revolutionary movements like Al Wefaq shows that policies pursued by Saudi Arabia have mainly failed, policies which started with occupation of the Persian Gulf state and defending Al Kalifa unable to prevent the awakening of the people and also hurting them the most.”

Kana’ni Moghaddam added,” Neither political, nor military expenses of Saudi Arabia in Bahrain have turned out to be fruitful for the Arab kingdom while the popular movement is expanding its followers on a daily basis.”

Iranian expert noted,” Although Al Kalifa and Al Saud are in pursuit of sending Bahraini leaders on exile, history has proved that leaders on exile enjoy better freedom in contacting international media and despite the intentions of Saudi Arabia, this can be a solution for globalization of Islamic awakening movement in Bahrain.”

He referred to the perseverance of the Bahraini nation on maintaining revolution despite killings, crackdown and exiles in the country and said,” While people are aware of their rights, they are witness to violation of their rights by Saudi Arabia and silence of the international bodies” and added,” People in Bahrain have made great sacrifices for their revolution and their withdrawal from the move seems to be far from reality.”

Kana’ani Moghadam touched upon silence of the international organizations regarding crimes by Al Kalifa and Saudi Arabia against Bahrain people and noted,” Bahrain is a proper stance for the dual policies of the US in regards to the Human Rights because while the US voices claims of democracy and popular rights it is defending tyrant rulers in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and many other states.”

He criticized the US for struggles to hijack the human rights for the interests of tyrant rulers in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain and prevent any reaction from the international bodies.
