She called the present time as an era of challenges for Muslim Ummah (nation) when Muslims are divided based on their diverse denominations based on which the enemies are dividing and ruling Muslim communities.

Director of foreign affairs of Jamat Islami women wing from Pakistan warned that enemies of Islam appreciated Iran’s World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought for bringing Muslim elites together and also for its constant search for common grounds between Muslims.

According to Sameea Rahil the meeting was in pursuit of convening Shia and Sunni Muslims from different countries together in order to provide them with an opportunity to think on common grounds and for protecting these commonalities, ‘ common pains and common healings’ in her words.

When asked on necessity of this conference he said, ‘This is very necessary to sit at the same table as it is recommended in verse 103 from chapter Ale Imran ‘to hold firmly to the rope of Allah together’; so, it is necessary to sit together and make strategies to be together.”

Pakistani participant to the conference noted the importance of convening and exchange of ideas in order to create strategies for human rights, education, health, business, women and youths.

She also noted women as the governor of the state of the house assimilating the house to a mini state and called family as the basic unit of the society saying,” If the family is strengthened then the whole society is strengthened; so, the role of women in strengthening the family and raising a new generation is a key role when their efforts can meet the needs for future challenges.”
