Public movements in the Middle East is on the go while nations are awakened and tired of the oppressive rulers and are crying out for their right. Puppet rulers who trust the western governments instead of God Almighty are desperately cracking down the uprisings. This is while the holy Qur'an says where the right exists; there is no room for the wrong.

Top Sunni cleric and prayer leader of Chabahr in the eastern province of Sistan and Balouchestan, Mowlavi Abdul Rahman Molla Zehi in an exclusive interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) gives his view on the topic.
Q: How do you evaluate the source for the recent uprising in the Middle East?
A: In my view these moves are the result of the oppression and tyranny of the rulers. Since the Middle East and North African nations like Egypt, Tunisia, Libya and Bahrain have been under constant oppression of the rulers in these countries, people were forced to hold rallies to the point that peaceful demonstrations turned into anger protests and rise against the governments.
They might be promising moves leading to promotion of justice and ruling of righteous governments in the world.
The uprisings in the Middle East, in my view, are the result of awakening of the Muslim nations who have understood the importance of defending themselves to regain their Islamic values.
Q: As you know these uprisings broke out in Tunisia and Egypt and then it was taken to Bahrain and Yemen. Do you find a major difference between the uprising of the Bahraini nation and that of Tunisian or Egyptian people?
A: All these movements are against the oppression of tyrannical rulers hence there is no difference between them when their cause is the same.
From my point of view looking at this issue in the light of Shia and Sunni differences or giving sectarian hue to that equals fanning the differences between Shia and Sunni.
Three decades ago the Islamic Republic of Iran was formed under the leadership of late Imam Khomeini (RA) and today we are witnessing the results of that without specifying this success merely to the Shia.
These kinds of efforts are triggered by enemies and are meant to bring sedition hence there is no difference between Bahrain uprising and those in other countries.
Q: How do you evaluate the effect of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the Islamic awakening?
A: Awakening of the Muslim nation of Iran, formation of the Islamic Republic under the leadership of late Imam Khomeini (RA), establishment of the Islamic Republic system in the country not only brought a kind of awakening for the Iranian nation but also caused a new insight for the people around the world.
Late founder of the Islamic Republic and Iranian nation were confronting someone who claimed to have the support of world powers like United States and United Kingdom though he (former Shah of Iran) failed against the Muslim nation of Iran and leadership of late Imam Khomeini (RA) hence victory of the Islamic Republic of Iran is a symbol for victory against tyrannical powers of the world.
Same way that the path of late Imam Khomeini (RA) is followed by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, and Iran's Revolution has set an example for other liberal nations of the world.
At the end I wish to add taht Iran's military interference in the issues of the Middle East is only an excuse to ruin the uprisings in the region and a vain effort to distract the public attention.
