Islamic unity is a guarantee for security of Muslims and foiling the plots hatched by enemies to divide Muslims.
Seyyed Sadiq al-Sharafi, member of Yemen's Ansarullah movement, in an interview with Iran's Qur'an News Agency (IQNA) related on the key role of unity as a priority for the world of Islam stressing that weakness is the reason why unity does not materialize in Muslim world, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He said," The reason why Islamic unity is not achieved is the weakness among Muslims meaning that disunity turns the Muslim community to a frail body which is firstly dispersed and follows sectarian strives."
He called unity as a guarantee for security of Muslim individuals and the stability within the Islamic nation saying," Solidarity is also a guarantee for foiling intrigues hatched by enemies in a bid to divide Muslims."
Member of Yemen's Ansarullah movement said," Among the most important achievements of Islamic unity is convening the Islamic nation over their key issues and arraying against their shared enemies."
He added," When there is a shared enemy and all Muslims join forces against the same enemy, then the disputes within the Muslims will end which is one of the most important achievements if unity."
He noted that another achievement of Islamic unity is convention of the Islamic nation over the issue of Palestine.
"Among other signs for materialization of Islamic unity is that all Muslims will join forces to defend a Muslims harassed in any part of the world" he said.
According Al Sharafi the biggest threats against Islamic unity include division, penetration of enemies within the Islamic nation.
He called on the media to explain the necessity of solidarity in the world of Islam for all Muslims and said," One of the biggest challenges is when world arrogant powers and Zionist enemies turn to friends and some other states spare no effort in serving them."
Yemeni activist hailed the Islamic Republic of Iran over endeavors to boost Muslim unity and called on the clerics to strengthen their ties in meetings to exchange views and unveil the objectives of enemies.
