Senior scholar stressed Daesh Takfiri terrorists and Tehrik-e Taliban Pakistan (TTP) as US brainchildren created to expand terrorism and sectarianism after withdrawal of American forces from the region.
Sayyid Saqib Akbar, director of Baseerah Institute in Pakistan, in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) conducted on the sideline of the 36th International Islamic Unity Conference highlighted the endeavors of Pakistani centers to prevent promotion of Takfir (excommunication) and boosting solidarity among people.
He said,” The US created Daesh in a bid to expand terrorism before Pakistani borders, government and people were affected by some armed groups known as Tehrik-e Taliban Pakistan (TTP) which are separate from the Afghan Taliban.”
He said,” Tehrik-e Taliban does not abide by the constitution in this country and allows any move against Pakistan.”
Director of Baseera Institute referred to the issue of Palestine and said,” Shia and Sunni community in Pakistan follow the viewpoint of late Imam Khomeini (RA) that Israeli regime should be eliminated since Pakistani people believe Israel as an occupying regime that should be annihilated and the Palestinian lands should be returned to its nation.”
