Senior Iranian cleric hailed the advancements made by the country based on the revolutionary values warning of the enemies hatching plots to stop Iran’s promotions.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Abdul-reza Pourzahabi, member of the supreme council of Iran’s World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) related on the remarks by the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei regarding the advancements in the country and detailed the reasons why enemies hatch plots against the Islamic Republic.
 
He said,” Our beloved country has made remarkable achievements in different fields which have turned into a target for the enemies via sanctions and tools like the recent riots across the country.”
 
The cleric added,” One of the key achievements is hope, as perfectly mentioned by the Leader, which has been targeted by enemies in ambush to uproot hope in the hearts of the people.”
 
Representative of the Supreme Leader in Kurdistan province stressed,” If despair is injected into society and hope is uprooted, then the country will suffer divergence and its advancement will be troubled.”
 
Hujjat-ul-Islam Pourzahabi noted,” Once we have made achievements, enemies have pursued ways to stop our movements as the recent riots illustrate the same thing.”
 
Top Shia cleric made the comments in reaction to the recent remarks by the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei in a meeting with members of Basij (mobilization) forces.
