The Friday prayer leader of Qasreshirin in Iran’s province of Kermanshah condemned the Israel for what he called ‘silly blind’ attack on Iran stressing that the regime is in rush to topple itself.

Mamusta Molla Adel Gholami, in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) said the Israeli regime atrocities concern not only Muslims but also entire world.

He quoted the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei, warning against the different strategies the enemies follow in their attacks against the Islamic countries as part of their plot to topple the world of Islam and the Islamic civilization.

He referred to article 51 of the UN charter regarding the rights to self-defense in times of invasion and noted that the retaliatory operation by Iran and also the defense of the people in Lebanon and Gaza against Israeli atrocities is based on their legal right to defense.

The Iranian cleric also reiterated part of the speech by Ayatollah Khamenei in the latest Friday prayer following the Operation True Promise II calling Iran’s retaliatory attack as the least response by the Islamic Republic against the Israeli regime.

Mamusta Gholami added,” Israeli regime, in its silly and blind attack on Iran, proved it is in hurry to reach its end vowing that the ‘US’ untamed dog’ will soon be removed from the West Asia region.

He referred to a report by Meta monitoring board revealing the systematic censorship of the pro-Palestine posts from the platform amid the ongoing Israeli war on the besieged Gaza Strip.

The senior cleric hailed the campaigns launched in Iran in solidarity with the war-stricken people in Gaza and Lebanon.
