An Iranian Friday prayer leader praised the ceremony of Hajj saying Hajj pilgrimage is one of the greatest Islamic practices with humanitarian, political, spiritual and social context.
Hujjat-ol-Islam GHahreman Ahmadi, Friday prayer leader of Heris, in Eastern Azerbaijan Province, highlighted spiritual achievements of Hajj pilgrimage when Muslims from across the world congregate to exchange their views with each other, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He called the great congregation of Hajj a gathering of religious people who represent their societies in full casualty, fraternity and equality.
This seminary professor said,” Hajj is the most glorious collective religious practice that boosts Islamic unity and undermines the elements for disintegration and social classifications.”
Less than a month to Dhu al-Hijjah, the month for Hajj pilgrimage, Muslims from across the world head for the holiest Islamic spot, Kaba to participate in the greatest Islamic congregation and perform Hajj rituals.
