Sunni prayer leaders from West Azerbaijan stressed importance of unity condemning arrogant powers for pursuit of troubling the Middle East through new strategies.
Mamusta Ebrahim Sorkhabi, prayer leader of Naqadeh, in his Friday sermon, slammed the US for using the biggest non-nuclear bomb in Afghanistan warning that as proof for its pursuit of new troubles for the Middle East region, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He said ISIL and other Takfiri (excommunication) groups are on the verge of annihilation; therefore, arrogant powers are pursuing new strategies for irritating the region.
Mamusta Hasel Baleqchi, prayer leader of Shahindej County, hailed Islam as a religion for building humanity and urged Muslims to maintain solidarity and affection among themselves.
Mamusta Mostafa Mahmoudi, in his weekly sermon referred to the US hostility with any independent country and said,” US invasion of Syria has proved irrational moves made by Washington and that the country is merely following war and domination of the world.”
Mamusta Abdul Qader Beyzavi, prayer leader of Urmiyeh, also highlighted building solidarity as the mission of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and assimilated Islamic unity as a strong fort against plots by the arrogant powers.
Mamusta Jalal Moradi, prayer leader of Takab County, reiterated principles in an Islamic government and counted Islamic unity among Iranians as an example for the world of Islam.
He stressed,” Unity of the Iranian nation has boosted determination of the government since vigilance of the nation will foil hostile plots by enemies.
Mamusta Mohammad Vavy, prayer leader of Sardasht, noted Shia Sunni unity as basis for determination of the Muslim world and that arrogant powers are not able to infiltrate into Islam as far as unity and coexistence runs among Muslims.
He referred to the critical situation and current bloodshed in the Middle East region and underlined solidarity as the most vital necessities for Muslim world.
Iranian Sunni cleric called Islamic unity as a religious mandate, a basic necessity for preventing Muslim division and a prelude for foiling the plots hatched by sworn enemies of Islam.
