Head of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought attends mourning ceremony for leader of the Shia Muslims in Saudi Arabia.
Iranian high ranking cleric, Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Taskhiri on Friday attended the mourning ceremony of Mohammad Al-Omri, Shia leader of the Suadi Arabia Kingdom, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
Condoling the family of late Mohammad Al-Omari, Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Taskhiri gave a speech on the invaluable efforts of great Shia leader for proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought and for the Muslim world.
This ceremony was also attended by Muslim clerics from Iraq, Bahrain, Yemen who commemorated the high academic and Islamic status of Mohammad Al-Omari, nicknamed "Spiritual Father of the Shia" in Saudi Arabia.
A great figure for the Shia Muslim, Mohammad Al-Omari, had been a student to Iranian top figures like Allame Mohammad Hussein Naeini and Ayatollah Seyyed Abol Hassan Isfahani.
