Prominent Iranian cleric, Hujjat-ul-Islam Naghdi, called on Muslim elites and scholars to care double attention on the holy book of Islam as the factor to boost Islamic unity.
Hujjat-ul-Islam Mohammad Naghdi, manager of Tarjoman-e Vahy Institute, hailed the capabilities of Muslim elites and scholars and stressed the necessities to boost solidarity among Muslims is already accessible among the recommendations and lifestyle of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He praised the holy book of Islam as an agreed commonality for all Muslims stressing that once Muslim elites and intellectuals practically follow the unifying recommendations of Qur’an, several issues would be settled.
The cleric expressed regret that some attend the minor differences and fuel the fire of chaos with their prejudice and unilateralism.
According to the cleric Almighty God, in his recommendations for compassion and convergence among people, has not singled out one specific group of people but addressed human beings in general.
Hujjat-ul-Islam Naghdi stressed any shortcoming by Muslim intellectuals is merely due to their ignorance on their high capacities as they set the holy book of Islam as a factor for more sectarian rifts rather than a factor based on which the unity among Muslims could be boosted.
