Head of the Organization for Islamic Propaganda said promotion of Sunni scholars is preliminary to development of Kurdistan Province in Iran, saying that academic promotion of Mamustas will bring great changes to the territory.
Hujjatul Islam Seyyed Mahdi Khamoushi, head of the Organization for Islamic Propaganda said," Having plans to promote the academic level of clerics and in particular Sunni Mamustas transcends religious and cultural level of the society", reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He admired the sincere affection of the Muslims and in particular Sunnis to Imam Hussein (AS), third Shia Imam and grandson of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), and said, "Affection of the people to Imam Hussein (AS) revives the philosophy of the Prophet (PBUH) " stressing the role of cleric community in this province to guide the people in this way," according to Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
"Shia and Sunni are brothers and minor differences between these denominations cannot fade the unity and solidarity between them," said cultural official praising the unity between Shia and Sunni.
