Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought hailed the assassinated commander of Iran’s IRGC Quds Force in a webinar held on the first martyrdom anniversary of the counterterrorism figure.

 
Hujjt-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari, prominent Iranian cleric in his speech at the international webinar on Martyrs of al-Quds held on the first martyrdom anniversary of General Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Muhandes referred to the Islamic unity as a lesson General Soleimani had learnt in the school of late Imam Khomeini (RA) and Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
The cleric said,” Late Imam Khomeini (RA) established the Islamic Republic as an educational project whose descendants are ready to fight the super powers and terrorists” and called General Soleimani as the outstanding graduate of this school who deeply believed in God Almighty.”
 
“The entire world has witnessed the stance of General Soleimani in critical situations for instance he was at the heart of the battlefield during the 33-day war in Lebanon and broke the seizure of the Zionist forces in four directions entering the battlefield in a way that awed all forces” he said hailing the role of General Soleimani in Lebanon war.
 
Hujjat-ul-Islam Shahriari also highlighted importance of education for General Soleimani and his constant pursuit of learning about his home country Iran, the Middle East region or the world issues.
 
Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought also referred to the different political, economic and cultural challenges the Islamic Republic has faced with and said,” General Soleimani was an experienced manager in all critical instances of the country and pursued his plans ignorant of the psychological war which is normally provoked along with crises.”
 
Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari made the comments in the webinar on “Martyrs of al-Quds: General Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Muhandes” which was held by Iran’s World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought on Sunday concurrent with the martyrdom anniversary of the two prominent counter-terrorism figures.
