Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliev have met in the Azeri capital Baku on Monday stressing expansion of bilateral cooperation.
Iran's top official in this meeting felicitated Azeri government and nation on the latest victories and hailed the proposals by Azeri President regarding the six-state regional cooperation, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
Zarif announced Iran's readiness for all-out assistance and cooperation for establishment of peace and stability in the Middle East region.
He expressed satisfaction over the results of the 14th Joint Economic Commission between the two countries and voiced Tehran's preparation for active cooperation in reconstruction of the liberated Azeri regions naming in construction, electricity and energy engineering, agriculture, demining and also renovation of mosques and historical sites.
Azeri President hailed the friendly stance of Islamic Republic of Iran during the recent changes and lauded the presence of Iranian companies in reconstruction of Karabakh.
