At least 50 worshippers have lost their lives and several others wounded in Daesh terrorist attack on Shia mosque in Afghanistan's Kunduz on Friday.
Taliban spokesman, Zabihullah Mujahid, announced that the bomb rocked the neighborhood during Friday prayer and that a special unit was investigating into the terrorist attack.
Hospital run by Doctors without Borders in Kunduz Province confirmed receiving 15 dead bodies while Kunduz Central Hospital announced death of 35 people.
Afghanistan has been scene for several other terrorist attacks in recent weeks, as Daesh and its affiliate terrorist groups have claimed responsibility for them.
This is while hours ahead of the attack, Zabihullah Mujahid had announced that Daesh was not considered a threat but a headache for Taliban.
