Army troops and their allies have launched intense attacks in the al-Jubah district of Ma'rib seizing Um Reesh base, a local military source said speaking on condition of anonymity.
The Yemeni forces have reportedly raided the military base from various directions forcing the Saudi-backed militants to withdraw from the area.
