Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought denounced Daesh terrorist group as a brainchild of the US saying the American-British- Zionist plot added by ignorance of a group of Muslims led to creation of Daesh.
Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari, in a meeting with the seminary scholars, clerics and executives in Kamyaran slammed Daesh Takfiri terrorists as a brainchild of the US, UK and Israeli regime enumerating the five plots by world arrogant powers against the Islamic nation, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He counted war, terror, Takfir, conflict and abuse as five plots of the arrogant powers and Zionist enemies against the Islamic nation and said," Shias or Sunnis who disrespect each other are funded by the US and UK."
Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought called Daesh as a brainchild of the US and noted," The plot by the US, UK and Zionist regime besides ignorance of a group of Muslims has created Daesh" calling on Muslim scholars to stand against anti-Islam plots.
He said," He who declares the Shahada (the testimony of admitting Islam) is counted a Muslim and in our view a Muslim cannot be excommunicated."
The cleric stressed excommunication as an issue which has no place in Islam saying," Shia Islam does not permit excommunication of any denomination, even Wahhabism, because they pray and declare Shahada.
Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought stressed," Shia, based on the religious guidelines, denounces any form of Takfir" adding that Qur'an does not let killing of an atheist unless in war when the atheist stands against the Islamic system.
Hujjat-ul-Islam Shahriari made the comments in his speech at a meeting of the seminary scholars, clerics and executives in Kamyaran in part of his trip to Iran's western province of Kurdistan.
