Emphasizing that Tajikistan is sending its most important cultural and artistic figures to Tehran, the Tajik Ambassador to Iran proposed holding a Tajik Cultural Week in Iran.

Zahedi has said that the two countries intend to use the existing capacities to develop Tajik-Iranian relations in all areas.

Imanipour for his part noted: "Iran-Tajikistan relations are long and cultural interactions are always very important for Iran."

The head of Islamic Culture and Communication Organization expressed hope that the exchange of cultural and artistic delegations between the two countries would continue, through which excellent relations would be established.
