Iran's Health Ministry announced on Friday that 33 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 140,777.
Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 1,994 cases, of whom 349 patients were hospitalized.
1,483 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).
So far, 50,313,358 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.
According to the latest analysis, 34 cities are red, 69 are orange, 291 are Yellow and 54 are blue zones.
So far, 64,167,174 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 57,307,360 have received the second dose, 26,697,158 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 148,171,692 doses.
