The interim Friday Prayers Leader of Tehran said on Tuesday on the occasion of Eid-Al-Fitr that on Al-Quds Day, all Iranians and Muslim countries showed that no issue can diminish the issue of Palestine, and Al-Quds.
Zakat is a form of almsgiving, often collected by the Muslim Ummah treated in Islam as a religious obligation.
While thanking the Islamic Ummah and the resistance front for participating in the Quds day rallies, he said: "On Al-Quds Day, all Iranians and Muslim countries came to play and after two years of fighting against COVID-19 showed that no issue diminishes the issue of Palestine, and Al-Quds and Palestine are alive, and the Islamic Ummah, which supports Palestine which has stood against the oppressors.”
Iran's prominent cleric added that the Palestinian youth have lost their lives and with their blood they have put the fake and usurping Zionist regime in a tight spot with courageous and martyrdom-seeking operations.
Kazem Sedighi further noted: "And their faces show that they have no hope for the success in the future, and that the Palestinian youth have put Zionist regime in complete and defensive isolation by resisting from Jenin to Haifa and Tel Aviv in their courageous operations.”
Referring to the recent events in Afghanistan and the double standards orchestrated by those states pretending to support the human rights vis-a-vis Afghanistan, Ukraine and Yemen, the senior cleric said: "Human rights claimants have been devoid of human rights. We strongly urge the Afghan governing body to ensure security for the Afghan people and to identify and eliminate terrorist networks as soon as possible."
