A spokesman for the Iranian Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission said the Iranian delegation would return to Vienna if the other side had good faith and seriousness.
Mahmoud Abbaszadeh-Meshkini stated that overall, from the total registration of the talks between the parties, it is understood that the two sides have reached an agreement on 70-80% of the matters.
"Even if the agreement requires us to cross the red line, we will withdraw from the agreement but we do not cross red lines," he reiterated.
On May 8, 2018, the United States unilaterally withdrew the internationally-signed JCPOA.
Washington imposed unprecedented sanctions on the Islamic Republic of Iran after leaving the JCPOA, after which Tehran announced that it would pursue a specific agenda to reduce its obligations under the nuclear deal, stressing that the Vienna talks would be accompanied by a US return when the White House gives guarantees that all sanctions on Iran are lifted.
