President of Islamic University of Lebanonhas hailed the bilateral interactions of Imam Reza holy shrine library with Islamic centers and its role in promoting the culture of Shia Islam.
Appreciating pure Islamic architecture of the central library, al-Gheis said: “Cultural advancements of the central library and its richness are results of Islamic Revolution of the Iranian nation”.
He stated: “Central library of the holy shrine is one of the biggest libraries in the Islamic world and it is an honor for all Muslim people”.
Referring to the limitations before Lebanese researchers when working on Shia history, al-Gheis said: “These people have to search their needed sources in American and Syrian universities which are mostly Christian”.
The Lebanese academician also pointed to the old manuscripts exiting in the central library as great sources for Shia researchers and expressed his desire for having access to these valuable sources.
