The head of the Iranian Red Crescent Society and the Iraqi Minister of Health met and talked regarding accelerating the issuance of permits related to the completion of Imam Ali Hospital in Najaf and the presence of Iranian medical teams during Arbaeen rituals.

Facilitating the entry of medical teams, medicine and ambulances of the Red Crescent of the Islamic Republic of Iran into Iraq during the Arbaeen march has been announced as one of the other topics of talks between the head of the Red Crescent Society of Iran and the Iraqi Minister of Health.
 
In recent years, the Iranian Red Crescent Society has had a successful and influential presence to help different countries, especially during natural disasters.
 
Apart from the Dubai Hospital, the Iranian Red Crescent Society has 12 health centers in Asia, Africa and Latin America, all of which are active and engaged in providing medical services.
