The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has strongly condemned the suicide bombing inside a mosque in the north-western city of Peshawar in Pakistan on Monday.

Hissein Brahim Taha denounced the heinous attack which left at least 32 people dead and more than 150 others injured.
 
The OIC Secretary General offered his deepest condolences to the families of the victims, Government and people of Pakistan, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured.
 
He renewed the principled position of the OIC against all forms and manifestations of terrorism and reassured the Organization’s support to the Government of Pakistan in tackling terrorism.
