Iran’s President Raeisi:

Desecration of sanctities of two billion Muslims, disrespect for entire humanity

Iranian President Seyyed Ebrahim Raeisi condemned desecration of religious sanctities in some European countries saying that sacrilege of sanctities belonging to over two billion Muslims is in fact disrespect of the entire humanity and in contrast with freedom of expression.


Iranian President speaking at communal prayer at Dung Si Mosque in Beijing in part of his visit to China condemned desecration of Qur’an in some European countries and said such intrigues will not work and the domineering system will have no place in future of the world history, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He hailed the history of Islam in China and also background of Iran-China relations and said the two great civilization of Iran and China were in relation through the Silk Road more than two thousand years ago.
 
Iranian President lauded the expansion of ties between Tehran and Beijing after the Islamic Revolution.
He condemned the desecration of religious sanctities in some European countries and said,” Western countries disrespect the sanctities of more than two billion people under the pretext of freedom of expression” calling that disrespect of the entire humanity and a measure against freedom of expression.
 
Hujjat-ul-Islam Ebrahim Raeisi said,” We are sure that intrigues (against Islam) will lead to nowhere and the domineering powers, the US and oppressors will have no place in future of the world.”
 
Leading a delegation of high-ranking officials from Iran, President Raeisi made the comments in an address to worshipers at Dung Si Mosque in the capital Beijing in part of his visit to China.
