The Leader of Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei will be leading the communal prayer on Eid al-Fitr in the Grand Musalla of Tehran.

The secretariat of Tehran’s Eid al-Fitr has issued a message to say that the communal Eid prayer will be led by the Leader following a later announcement to mark the end of Ramadan, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
The motto of Eid al-Fitr prayer is “Eid for Servitude to God and Solidarity”.
 
The Secretariat of Eid al-Fitr has called on the writers, artists and content producers to promote the motto in their productions.
 
The Leader of Islamic Republic Ayatollah Khamenei leads the communal prayer held on the occasion.
 
Eid al-Fitr or the “Holiday of Breaking the Fast”is the first day of Shawwal and marks the successful end to one month of fasting from dawn to dusk in the world of Islam. Muslims celebrate the occasion by beginning the day with communal Eid al-Fitr prayer in open spaces. Visiting relatives, charity activities and holding family feasts are the traditions for Eid al-Fitr.
