Senior Lebanese cleric has hailed religious diversity a blessing and stressed solidarity among Muslims as an undeniable necessity.

Bilal Saeed Sha’ban, head of Lebanon’s Islamic Tawhid Movement, attending the second conference on Coexistence held in the Iranian capital Tehran and said the unity project will boost us and lead us towards paradise, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He said,” Muslims world is under multilateral siege; therefore, we should maintain our solidarity in all possible aspects.”
 
Bilal Saeed Shaban reiterated the numerous commonalities of Muslims, urged them to know their enemies and protect their unity in the face of those enemies.
 
“An inaccurate understanding of piety has been injected into the minds of our younger generation” noted the senior cleric and added,” This is while solidarity is an undeniable necessity for all of us, Muslims.”
 
Head of the Islamic Tawhid Movement made the remarks in the second international conference on Coexistence held at the University of Tehran in the Iranian capital on Saturday.
