Afghan scholar expresses hope for integrity of Muslim Ummah, nations and governments
Afghan scholar Seyyed Hossein Alami Balkhi noted, "We have been witnessing new events in the unity of Islamic governments and today we see it is growing further and governments’ relations get further consolidated. Hope that in near future we will witness integrity of Muslim Ummah, including nations and governments."
Hossein Alami Balkhi noted, “Our Islamic and religious sciences lay strong emphasis on maintaining unity and oneness. Our religious and Islamic injunctions seriously emphasize maintaining unity and singleness. That’s for years that our enemies use negative means to provoke differences in Islamic society. It has been one of the calamities gripping Islamic community over recent years, annihilating people.”
Afghan thinker highlighted, “We think that Muslims are better to ponder and assess their interests politically. They should follow ideological guidelines and step in the path of unity. Muslims should joint hands and not to all apart until when Muslims become majesty. In the present century, we are witnessing the same changes. Following victory of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the concentrated goal of forging unity among Muslims turned into a main policy.”
“Within long years after its establishment, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation has not been able to take an effective step towards coordination of Islamic governments. This year, however, we have bene witnessing new efforts. We have been witnessing new events in unity of Islamic governments and today we seen it is growing further and governments’ relations get further consolidated,” the Afghan scholar stressed.
