A senior Indian scholar has called the recent Israeli war on Gaza the biggest catastrophe in the besieged territory stressing that a united Muslim nation could have prevented the war on Gaza.
Sheikh Seyyed Salman Husseini Nadwi, attending the sixth webinar on operation al-Aqsa Flood, called on the Iranian president and Hezbollah leader to take action against the Israeli crimes in the besieged Gaza Strip, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
The Indian scholar expressed regret on the massive destruction and brutal onslaughts by Zionists and western countries and said if the Islamic nation was united, these horrible incidents would not have happened.
He called on the Muslims to note the crimes against Gazans and Palestinians living in the besieged lands holy al-Aqsa Mosque and also the bombardment of the airports and other infrastructures in Syria.
Sheikh Nadwi said the intrigues by Israeli regime, US and European countries are all in vain and called on the Muslims to confront with enemies.
The remarks by the prominent Indian scholar comes at the sixth edition of the online meetings on al-Aqsa Flood held by Iran’s World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought on Tuesday.
