The holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS) in Iran’s northeastern city of Mashhad has scheduled to hold international conference on prominent Iranian counter-terrorism commander Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani.

The Deputy Office for International Pilgrims Affairs of Imam Reza shrine will host the international meeting entitled “Al-Quds Martyr” concurrent with the fourth martyrdom anniversary of General Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Muhandis, Taqrib News Agency (TNA) has cited Astan News as saying.
 
The event, which is scheduled for January 2 will host dignitaries from Iran and neighboring countries such as Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Bahrain.
 
A number of the international students from Ferdowsi University and Islamic Azad University of Mashhad will also be attending the conference.
 
Iranian and foreign experts will deliver speech at the meeting on the sideline of which an exhibition dubbed ‘The Reason for Al-Aqsa Flood’ is set to be held.
 
The exhibition will display photos on more than seven decades of Israeli crimes against Palestinians in 40 pictures.
