The one-day international conference on “Al-Aqsa Storm, Awakening of Human Conscience” has ended its work hailing the operation al-Aqsa Storm a response to seven decades of crimes by Israeli regime.
The conference, held by World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, convened more than 150 scholars and intellectuals from across the world of Islam to discuss the developments in Gaza under the Israeli onslaughts, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
The final statement hailed the issue of Palestine and holy al-Aqsa as the unifying issue in the world of Islam stressing that Gaza is the front line in confrontation of the right and void and the arrogant powers with the Islamic nation.
Muslim scholars attending the event reiterated importance of immediate and unconditional end to the brutal crimes by occupying Zionist regime in the Palestinian lands.
They also demanded immediate lift of Gaza seizure for flow of the humanitarian aids including medical supplies, water, food and fuel into the blockaded territory.
The final communique expressed regret on inefficiency of the United Nations Security Council in fulfilling their responsibilities in protection of security and global peace and an end to the war crimes by occupying Israeli regime against Palestinians.
Participants in the conference condemned the all-out supports of the United States for the Gaza war and stressed that the US veto of the ceasefire as the major reason for Iraqi and Yemeni resistance operations against American and Israeli positions.
They condemned the forced displacement of the people in the Gaza Strip and stressed the rights of the Palestinians to live in their ancestral lands and stressed the role of international community to prevent any effort in line with expulsion of the Palestinians out of the Gaza Strip.
They emphasized that the sole way for security and peace in the region is through ending the Israeli occupation and oppression of the Palestinians.
The international conference on “Al-Aqsa Storm, Awakening of Human conscience” ended its work on Sunday evening.
