The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said that Israel deliberately thwarts any efforts to protect civilians and bring in aid into the Gaza Strip.
The Ministry called on the UN Security Council to assume its responsibilities in translating UN Resolution 2720 into binding procedures and measures that force the occupying state to implement all its provisions, and implement the preliminary precautionary order of the International Court of Justice before it is "too late."

PPS said that occupation forces escalated their detention campaign against the Palestinian people come within the framework of the ongoing genocide in Gaza after October 7.
