The Friday prayer leader of Tehran said International Quds Day 2024 is marked as the region and entire world is subject to fundamental changes threatening the regional stance of the US and unprecedented blows to the Israeli regime.
Hujjat-ul-Islam Mohammad Hassan Abou Torabi Fard, in his Friday sermon, called the International Quds Day march as an unparalleled support for the resistance fighters in Gaza and the Palestinians in the besieged territories, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He assimilated the operation al-Aqsa Storm to a tremor that hit the military and economic structure of the Israeli regime and said the asymmetric war by the resistance front in Gaza, Lebanon, Iraq and Yemen has challenged the miliary capabilities of the Israeli regime.
The prayer leader of Tehran said,” The west, in giving impunity to Israeli regime during the past 75 years, has spared no financial, political and military support for the regime.”
He added,” Following the operation al-Aqsa Storm and the crimes by Israeli regime against Gaza, we are now witness to a total failure of the Israeli regime in view of the world people and international community and also a UN consensus in support of Gaza.”
Hujjat-ul-Islam Abou Torabi Fard said,” Genocide of the displaced Palestinians, demolition of nearly 70,000 residential buildings, 227 mosques, 100 schools and universities, rendering 22 hospital inoperable, brutal bombings and ground invasion against the Gaza Strip have all turned the infanticide Israeli regime to a manifest of crime in the international legal system.”
Iranian senior cleric said,” Zionists have ridiculed human rights in the international arena. While the world community is grieving the death of humanity, the US and other western counties encourage such crimes.”
He said the massive protests inside the occupied lands, amid the regime’s brutal war in Gaza, stands for a social disintegration among Israelis.
Hujjat-ul-Islam Abu Torabi Fard hailed the resolute presence of Yemen’s Ansarullah resistance and the Red Sea operations that have practically reduced the international trade and marine transit to the occupied lands by 40 percent.
The senior cleric also condemned the recent Israeli terrorist attack against the consular section of Iran’s embassy in Damascus and said,” Such desperate measures in Damascus and southeastern Iran that mean to revive the collapsing Israeli regime, have no strategic or military value.”
Hujjat-ul-Islam Mohammad Hassan Abu Torabi Fard, made the comments in his Friday sermon after the International Quds Day ceremonies.
Millions of Iranians across the country took to the streets on Friday April 5 that marked the International Quds Day. The ceremony began with the funeral procession of the seven Iranian military advisors who were martyred in the Monday terrorist attack by Israeli regime targeting the consular section of Iran’s embassy in Damascus, Syria.
