Afghan minister urges Muslims to stand against Israeli crimes in Gaza

Afghanistan’s Minister of Hajj and Awqaf (endowments) has urged all Muslim countries to stand against the blatant crimes committed by Israeli regime in Gaza calling them as painful to anyone.


Noor Mohammad Saqib, in an address at the World Muslim Scholars Constitution Summit held in Istanbul on Tuesday deplore the ongoing Israeli crimes in Gaza has killed and injured thousands of the elderly, women and children and destruction of homes and infrastructures in Gaza, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He called on the Islamic countries to maintain all-out support for the Palestinian civilians in Gaza in face of Israel’s killing campaign in the besieged strip.
 
Saqib added,” The Islamic emirate in Afghanistan and its nation fully understand the pain of the Palestinian brothers in Gaza and other Islamic countries”, vowing support for all Islamic values.
 
He referred to the issues of the Palestine as part of the ideological, political, security and economic challenges in the world of Islam.
 
Noor Mohammad Saqib delivered his speech at World Muslim Scholars’ Constitution Summit organized by Turkey’s Directorate of Religious Affairs.
 
The meeting was held on May 13-14 with hundreds of religious leaders and elites from across the world of Islam in attendance.
